Use the website and services lawfully. Additional terms may apply to an app subscription, corporate agreement, event, membership, wallet or virtual card. You will need to review the terms relevant to the service before activating or purchasing it.
Gold Card orders
The Gold Card is a 24K gold-finished physical NFC card. The displayed card price is US$400 per card as a one-time purchase. It describes a gold finish, not a solid-gold card.
Submitting the checkout form is an order enquiry. It is not payment, confirmation of stock or acceptance of a binding purchase. Our team will confirm your selection, product inclusions, delivery availability, shipping charges, applicable taxes, total payable and payment arrangements before an order is completed.
Review your name, contact and delivery details carefully. Request any correction before we confirm or dispatch an order. A corporate or customised order may require separate written specifications and approval.
The card and the digital ecosystem
The physical Gold Card enables NFC identity sharing and supported access experiences. It is not a physical Visa payment card. Go Cash is a digital wallet; Virtual Visa is a distinct virtual card service within the app.
A physical-card purchase does not automatically open a wallet, activate a virtual card, include every optional subscription or guarantee access to a financial feature. Eligibility, verification, region, device support, fees, service availability and partner terms may apply.
Reward programmes depend on qualifying activity and the rules of each campaign. Points, referrals and business tools do not guarantee revenue, cash rewards or a particular business result.
Accounts and subscriptions
Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell our team promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
App subscriptions are separate from the one-time physical-card price. The relevant app store displays the current price, billing period, any trial eligibility and renewal conditions before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with those store terms. Manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account. App-store payments and refund requests follow the relevant store’s process.
Content, sharing and acceptable use
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you upload, link to or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share documents, photographs, videos, reviews and other content, including personal information about others.
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, malware, unauthorised access or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt to compromise the platform or misuse enquiry forms.
Tap Tap Go branding, website design and software belong to their respective owners or licensors. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, change or discontinue features. Access may be suspended where necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. Where applicable law or a specific agreement requires notice or other protections, those requirements continue to apply.
NFC performance depends on compatible hardware, settings and card placement. QR codes and profile links provide additional sharing methods. Features shown in illustrative app screens may vary from the current release.
Responsibilities and your legal rights
The website provides general product information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or particular networking, sales or financial outcomes. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your applicable consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Tap Tap Go Ltd in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available to you where you live. Corporate contracts may contain their own agreed governing-law provisions.
